- Face to face meeting; this is where we discuss your requirements and you get to meet the team leader.
- A scope of work agreement will be drawn up confirming the services to be provided. Setting out clear expectations between both parties.
- Sign contract and the service begins.
Risk Assessment Process:
- Initial phone call to discuss your requirements and whether you have any current issues.
- Contract will be drawn up with level of service required.
- We will then carry out the risk assessment and compile a detailed report.
- You will be provided with full risk assessment documentation and if required, ongoing support.
Surveillance & Investigations Process:
- Phone meeting to discuss the operation.
- Agree scope of work.
- Sign contract and the service begins.
- Continuous updates will be provided as information is gathered.
